Here’s the new cover of her new single and I’m so excited for this I think I just tooted in my pants. (excitement makes me gassy.  I also get gassy I browse bookstores. So if you see me at a book store, keep your distance).

And yet even more toot inducing news….

Madonna will be releasing her new single “Give Me All Your Luvin’” featuring Nicki Minaj & M.I.A. on February 3rd, three days before her highly anticipated Bridgestone Super Bowl halftime performance, it was officially confirmed by Interscope Records.

iTunes will offer an exclusive global pre-order of an 18 track Deluxe Edition of MDNA including one exclusive remix from Madonna’s new album. The bonus remix will be available from Friday, February 3rd through Monday, February 6th only. 

During this time period the album will be available for $9.99 and fans will also receive the digital single “Give Me All Your Luvin’” immediately. This single is also exclusive to iTunes during this limited time. At launch, the offer can be found at www.iTunes.com/Madonna.

The video for “Give Me All Your Luvin’,” directed by Megaforce, is football and cheerleader themed – inspired by her upcoming Super Bowl appearance. In an Anerican Idol exclusive, Madonna will world preview the video for her new single “Give Me All Your Luvin’,” featuring Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., during IDOL Thursday, Feb. 2 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. Taking bets on when exactly I will actually make a mess in my pants. The Superbowl? The album’s release? The tour announcement? The concert?  I don’t even know when that will happen but I can tell you it’s close and I have extra pants on hand for such an occasion… or occasions … plural, because I think you and I both know pants soiling over Madonna isn’t just going to be a one time thing with me.

It’s ALIVE!!!!!

Because helloooo….  (said like a sassy gay Filipino man in short jean shorts with a rainbow sweatband around his receding hairline) …the mania of Madonna looms near us with the Superbowl in less than two weeks!  And in between all that, there’s the Jay Leno interview on the 30th and HOUR long interview February 2nd with Anderson Cooper (you know his not-so-inner gay is so giddy about that)

I’ve had no Madona to eat for almost three years and then all of a sudden I’m gorging on a Madonna buffet and as a result Madonna vomiting ensues.  I can’t vomit it on Facebook unless I want to lose all my friends so I have to vomit it here, on WordPress.

Here’s a MDNA Teaser/backstage footage of Madonna making Gimme all your L.U.V. with MIA – I’ll be honest, the leaked version was not my favorite. It sounded very much like it was double dipped in Hollaback sauce with a garnish of Gwen Stefani. I really hope the final version will be much more funky.

but even if it turns out not to be a great song, I’ll be too happy to have Madonna in my face again to even notice if it’s bad. Because shortly after the Superbowl, the release of the single, then the ALBUM!! And then…. (breaths heavily) …. THE TOUR!!!!!!!

So stay tuned for my inevitable freak outs and melt downs which I’m sure will be just as entertaining and definitely more disturbing than this whole Madonna ordeal.

And here’s a video of Madonna on Ellen back in 06′ just because, seriously. How great does Madonna freakin look? And look how scared Ellen got when Madonna danced close to her. She jumped on the chair! I wonder if Portia is a raging jealous freak at home? Or maybe Brazilian boy eating cougar vagina isn’t her thing?

W Magazine Shots; Blame It On Rio

Holy cow! I know the Queen’s face is seriously photoshopped but still – I think she looks gorgeous in all these pictures and the whole Madonna kissing Jesus thing is kind of hilarious.  He’s a nice little fling after a tough divorce that’s for sure.  ;-p I’m just hoping that Madonna is smart enough not to make this Jesus thing into anything ‘relationshippy’ – but I don’t see that happening.  He looks like a himbo.  A gorgeous himbo sure but a himbo nonetheless.

In other news, the Sticky Sweet Tour has continued on in Europe and is sold out! I’m so jealous.  I want to go again so bad but I’m also kind of excited for the new projects Madonna has lined up now that she’s with Live Nation.  You can be sure that she’s going to get more hits on the radio with Live Nation backing her up.  It’s a shame that Hard Candy came out while she was still signed with Warner – who did absolutely nothing to promote any of her other singles besides 4 minutes – which in my opinion was the worst song on the album!!!  Oh well, I look forward to more Madonna deliciousness in 2009!   Hopefully I’ll win another contest for the Queen!

The Madge loves the Midge

I was extremely surprised that after the concert on November 4th, I did not suffer from Madonna withdrawals like I usually do when I go see Madonna live.

My Madonna withdrawals usually kick in the day after a concert.  Basically I’ve built myself up so much for the concert, that when it’s finally over, my brain cannot grasp or handle the fact that it’s over until she goes on tour again.  So then I g into a tailspin of looking over my concert pictures, looking at other people’s concert pictures, trying to get my hands on a bootlegged dvd of the concert – it’s crazy.  When I attend her concert multiple times, Madonna withdrawals are to blame.

So I was pleasantly surprised when I didn’t have Madonna withdrawals this time around.  I was glad because this year I didn’t have enough money to go to more than one.  I thought it was because I just had such a great seat, that my Madonna thirst was finally quenched.

Wrong.  It turns out the Madonna high just lasted longer because I had such a great seat.  The high is finally wearing off and I’ve been watching my Madonna footage over and over, and I’ve even made another mini-video movie of my concert footage, primarily using footage of Madonna looking at me.

I know. I’m sick.  But seriously, check out these pictures and tell me Madonna doesn’t love the Midge right back! (I have video too but I can only post it on Facebook because Youtube and Google have that stupid copyright shit and won’t let me post because I’m using Madonna’s song. BULLSHIT)

With the completion of Madonna’s final show in Sao Paulo Brazil last evening – one of eleven record-breaking performances in South America – the ‘Material Girl’s’ ‘Sticky & Sweet’ Tour reigns supreme by becoming the Number One Largest Grossing Tour in history by a solo artist, it was confirmed today by Live Nation, the tour’s international producer. Her 58 shows in Europe, the US, Canada, Mexico and South America played for a staggering 2,350,282 million fans and sold over (USD)280,000,000 in tickets.

“Madonna has yet again demonstrated her true global appeal as a live performer whether in stadiums or arenas. Not only will this tour be the top selling tour of all time for a solo artist and a female artist (eclipsing her own record), but it will position her as one of the top selling touring artists of all time” said Arthur Fogel, Live Nation’s Chairman of Global Music and CEO of Global Touring.

Along with record breaking ticket sales in South America with a total 650,000 tickets sold, the ‘Sticky & Sweet’ Tour sold 72,000 tickets at Zurich’s Military Airfield Dubendorf – the largest audience ever assembled for a show in Switzerland. In London, where she performed in front of 74,000 fans with over 12 million dollars in ticket sales, Madonna surpassed all previous records at both the old and new Wembley Stadiums. In New York City, Madonna’s four sell-outs at Madison Square Garden shows added up to a record breaking 23 sold out performances since 2001 at that venue – a record for most appearances for a single artist in this decade.

Madonna’s multi Grammy-nominated CD “Hard Candy” debuted at number one early this year in over 37 countries.
